•  Samarpan provides equal opportunity to every Indian.

•  Samarpan distributors are independent to fix the retail price but it should not be more than     MRP.

•  Always make fair presentation for business plan.

•  Samarpan distributors operating own their business and are not employees/agents of    Samarpan Products Pvt. Ltd.

•  No Samarpan distributors must, directly or indirectly, induce/entice other Samarpan    Distributors to change their line of sponsorship.

•  Under no circumstances, direct or indirect, no fair purpose of helping other person shall    distributor solicit, interfere or attempt to induce and other distributor to leave his line of    sponsorship or changes his line of sponsorship.

•  To change sponsor, Distributor must resign his existing Distributorship be inactive for 3     months and then join under another sponsor without his previous down line.

•  Responsibilities of distributors : Trained and motivated all distributors he/she has sponsored.

•  Distributors must abide by the code of ethics and rules of conduct in its true spirit.
