Dare to Dream
Do not commit a mistake by judging people to be poor based on conventional parameters. Wait a minute; the definition of being poor may be unknown to you! Here it goes: A man without dreams is a real poor person!

Your dreams are where you want to go and your goals are how you get there. Your dreams are your vision of where you' will be after the challenge. It is your coveted prize at the end of your journey to success. Unless you are willing to work hard and establish some discipline in your life, all of your dreams will be pipe dreams, little mental fantasy trips that will never materialize.

Your goals are the steps you take to finally attain your prize. Make concrete steps toward fulfilling your ultimate dream, and start with solid objectives called goals. If you have correct goals, and you keep pursuing them the best way you know how, everything else will fall into line. If you do the right thing right, you're going to succeed. You are what and where you are today because you first imagined it knowing where you want to go is all you need to get there. Just return over and over to that picture in your mind of the place you are headed for.

It is Samuel Smiles who said – “It is not enough to have a dream unless you are willing to pursue it. It is not enough to know what is right, unless you are strong enough to do it. It is not enough to learn the truth, unless you also learn to live it. It is not enough to reach for love, unless you care enough to give it. Men who are resolved to find a way for themselves will always find opportunities enough; and if they do not find them, they will make them”

The indispensable first step to getting the things you want out of life is to decide what you want. Unfortunately, these statistics may be shocking! 97% of the world's population supposedly does not have any dreams. In fact they do not have any idea that dreams do exist and they come true! They spend their lifetime searching for happiness and look for peace. They chase idle dreams, addictions, religions, and even other people, hoping to fill the emptiness that plagues them. The irony is the only place they ever needed to search was within.

Don't be afraid to think big and dare to be great. Dreamers are not content with mediocrity. They never dream of going halfway. People with goals succeed because they know where they're going!

To attract attractive people, you must be attractive. To attract powerful people, you must be powerful. To attract committed people, you must be committed. Instead of going to work on them, you go to work on yourself. If you become, you can attract. What you become directly influences what you get.

The big challenge is to become all that you have the possibility of becoming. You cannot believe what it does to the human spirit to maximize your human potential and stretch yourself to the limit. Pity the man who inherits a million dollars and who isn't a millionaire. Here's what would be pitiful: If your income grew and you didn't. The most important question to ask on the job is not "What am I getting?" The most important question to ask on the job is "What am I becoming?"

It is hard to keep that which has not been obtained through personal development. After you become a millionaire, you can give all of your money away because what's important is not the million dollars; what's important is the person you have become in the process of becoming a millionaire.

Not every one of our desires can be immediately gratified. We've got to learn to wait patiently for our dreams to come true, especially on the path we've chosen. But while we wait, we need to prepare symbolically a place for our hopes and dreams. Stop the mindless wishing that things would be different. Rather than wasting time and emotional and spiritual energy in explaining why we don't have what we want, we can start to pursue other ways to get it.
