Samarpan is a Private Limited entity duly registered under The Companies Act 1956, incorporated on the 21st of March 2005 in the state of Gujarat. It follows all statutory guidelines, rules and regulations, systems and procedures honoring all applicable laws of the land.
Samarpan sells and distributes various products and services directly to the end users through direct selling. It adheres to all the laws while carrying out this business and reiterates its stand not to compromise on any statutory as well as legal guidelines.
Samarpan is engaged in establishing a consumer base through a network of its consumers itself using the word of mouth publicity, which will buy its wide range of products. This Consumer Network is referred to as Samarpan Parivar. One has to pay Rs.300/- to become a member of Samarpan Parivar for which the company issues a Welcome Package offering an excellent value for money. Importantly, note that, no commissions are paid to any consumer referring consumers to Samarpan Parivar, whatsoever.
Samarpan Parivar members can choose to become an Independent Distributor only by buying specific amount of Samarpan products. Commissions are paid to a participating consumer purely on purchase of products and not merely referring more and more customers.
