Terms & Conditions

	The registration amount is Rs.300/-. All registrations are pre-paid via Samarpan E cards. Make it a point to collect your Welcome Package from the same Samarpan franchisee. Upgrade your Id within 30 days from the date of your registration as a consumer. To avail benefit from joining product package sale made under your Id No. You have to upgrade your Id in any joining product package options. Registration amount is not commissionable. STEP 2: PURCHASE PRODUCTS WORTH 100 POINT VALUE(PV) TO BE AN INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR You must purchase products from Samarpan worth 100 PV. However you need a minimum 200 PVs to start earning commissions. As an Independent Distributor (ID) enjoy your holiday package with your family and take a break from your busy schedule. And ofcourse, as an Independent Distributor (ID), you need to engage yourself in building a network of your own. You can have an access to world-class quality Samarpan products at a Discounted Price that offers 2% to 20% discounts. It is said, money saved is money earned. However, if you wish to benefit from other lucrative Profit Centers of Samarpan, you must become an Independent Distributor of Samarpan, as soon as possible Each product of Samarpan is allocated a specific Point Value (PV). 	I hereby reconfirmed that along with computer generated payment receipt, I have received my desired package (product) as per payment made from SAMARPAN DISTRIBUTION CENTRE and I will not claim for products from the company now onward. I/we shall use the product for 7 days from the date of purchase. If I/we am/are not satisfied with the result I/we may return the product and get full refund, no questions will be asked, however, after the expiry of a period of 7 days, no return or exchange of product will be allowed.

	Once I/we am/are satisfied with the consumption, quantity, quality, and value of the product purchased, I/we may choose to register once as customer online on the company's website with the help of the Sr No. and Pin number mentioned on the registration coupon and specifying details as given in the registration form. Before registration I/we shall carefully read, understand and accept all the terms, conditions and information listed on the company's website "www.samarpan.in". The company may reject or cancel my/our registration without assigning any reason whatsoever.

	The liability of SPPL shall stand extinguished on delivery of products or services package directly to the customer or to the beneficiary cum nominee named in this form irrespective of such products package is eventually used or not by me/us or my/our beneficiary/nominee. No exchange of product package shall be entertained after 7 days of purchase or the date of online registration, whichever is earlier.
	The price of all products and services are ex-office or ex-showroom. All personal and other expenses relating to handling and transportation of products, all kinds of other taxes, octroi, statutory levies, entrance fees, service tax, etc., as may be applicable, shall be borne by me/us.

	SPPL being only a trader all reasonable care shall be taken to deliver good quality products. However, SPPL does not guarantee for the replacement/repair of any product and guarantee/warranty provisions shall be governed as per policy of manufacturer or service provider. • The terms and conditions are subject to force major clause.

	If I/We am/are satisfied with the results of the products/service package, quantity, quality and price, I/we may at my/our own free will can take up business plan of SPPL and can earn compensation, commission, bonus and other income by network marketing. The sponsoring of further customers is absolutely optional. If I/we sponsor at least 2 customers within 3 months of my/our registration, I/we shall be entitled to receive such benefits in cash of both the network, else my/our such benefits of main network (excluding bonus network) will be restricted to 50% in the form of products to be received from the company.

	I/we confirm that SPPL neither promises to fill any level of customer automatically by any method nor guarantee any compensation or income to be given automatically in any form to any customer under any plan for any level. It will be my/our sole responsibility to develop own network by self-efforts to get prescribed compensation, income, commission and bonus of each level. Therefore, I/we shall never promise any fix or automatic compensation, income or bonus to anyone for joining my/our network or otherwise and if I/we do so it will be our sole risk and responsibility.

	I/we confirm that SPPL neither promises to fill any level of customer automatically by any method nor guarantee any compensation or income to be given automatically in any form to any customer under any plan for any level. It will be my/our sole responsibility to develop own network by self-efforts to get prescribed compensation, income, commission and bonus of each level. Therefore, I/we shall never promise any fix or automatic compensation, income or bonus to anyone for joining my/our network or otherwise and if I/we do so it will be our sole risk and responsibility.

	Under direct selling method since products/service at prevailing market price are made available to customers on purchasing any item from the company, and network marketing is absolutely optional and to be taken up by me/us only on own free will, I/we confirm that any compensation, income, commission or bonus distributed under this plan does not involve any money circulation and does not violate any legal provision and therefore, I/We undertake that I/We will never raise any issue on such matter later on at any stage.

	In case of my/our death, all the rights and obligations shall be stand transferred to the beneficiary cum nominee appointed by me/us, failing to my/our legal heir and such beneficiary/ nominee/ successor shall be bound to all these terms and conditions.

	I/we shall obey all the legal formalities prescribed under the applicable laws.

	I/we know that no one, including any of company's personnel or customer is authorised to collect cash for and on behalf of the company and if any one of them do so, it shall be absolutely at his/her/their own risk and SPPL and/or any of its officers and/or employees shall not be liable or responsible for such wrongful act or any false receipt issued by any customer/agent.

	If I/we am/are found acting against the interest of SPPL, or misbehaving with up line or down line customers, or canvassing any other network business within SPPL's premises or meeting places, or violate any rules and regulations, my/our registration shall be terminated without notice with immediate effect and all registration nos. in similar and family names shall be ceased and I/we shall not be entitled to any benefits or rights of earnings from SPPL thereafter and SPPL shall be authorised to take such necessary legal actions as may be advised.

	All correspondence to be made to company's head office at Ahmedabad only.

	In case of any difference of opinion, the SPPL shall appoint a single arbitrator and award/decision given by such arbitrator shall be final and binding to all concerned. Disputes, if any, are subject to "Ahmedabad Jurisdiction" only.

	SPPL reserves the right to change, alter, cease or modify without notice the network marketing business plan, levels, commission rate, bonus offer, and prizes; customers required under network for commission eligibility, product amount, product/service packages and any of the above and other terms and conditions, etc. suitably from time to time or as may be required by any amendments/changes in the provisions of any law, rules and regulations or market scenario and economic situation or otherwise and I/we undertake to fully bind the same.
